Should you wish to return your purchase please lodge a return via the form within 14 days of receiving your product. You will need to provide your order number and email address.

Please note we cannot offer refunds, however, we would love to offer you an exchange or store credit for the item's value.
Items must be returned in original condition. Any items altered, washed, worn, or without original tags cannot be accepted.
Please be mindful when trying garments on as items with any makeup or stains are not eligible for return. All products purchased must be approved for return, please submit your enquiry below. Any custom orders are not able to be returned.

Made-to-measure items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any claims must be lodged within 14 days of purchase or receipt. Products labelled as "custom" are tailored to specific requirements and cannot be returned or exchanged. AFTR does not guarantee suitability for a specific purpose unless explicitly stated. We do not accept responsibility for measurements provided by customers or third-party contractors. Freight charges for returns require authorization and are not automatically accepted. The acceptance of returned goods does not imply an agreement for a refund, exchange, or credit by AFTR.
